Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Every product of GO ESTHETE has a personal touch and we ensure that you get your product just as you expected. All our products go through quality check before packing & gets properly packed to avoid any kind of damage in shipping.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED, WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE. STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE:

  • Kindly inform us within 2 days of delivery, for which the customer needs to e-mail us at goesthete@gmail.com with their order number and product picture. UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY TO INITIATE EXCHANGE.
  • Once the concerned team checks the description & confirms the damage/ incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
  • The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to our billing address (Return address will be provided by us through email).
  • Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by the customer only.
  • Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh / correct product or issue a credit note only if required product is unavailable.
  • Product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange.
  • It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product.
  • All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.

Refund Policy:
GO ESTHETE is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products. In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot. We do not have a refund policy. Kindly contact our customer care on +91 8849864425 or write to us on goesthete@gmail.com with the necessary images of the unboxing video (mandatory) with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product. A credit note can be issued if the issue is not with the logistics handling and there is genuine defect in the product after thorough verification of the things mentioned above.

No Refund & Exchange will be given in the Following Cases:

  • All pre-orders and customized orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
  • There will be no return /exchange /replacement on pre-orders or customized orders.
  • We will not refund or exchange if we received used product.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • If the product is not faulty or damaged.
  • We will not Exchange or Return with Minor color and design variation Due to the differences in displays of computers / laptops / phones or may be photographic lighting sources the color of the image and product may slightly differ as each product is handcrafted by traditional craft artisan.
  • We will not refund if address found incorrect or outdated.
  • We will not refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agents.
  • In case of refund approved, only Product value will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
